Pliotec™ SC105

Pliotec™ SC105 by Synthomer is an anionic, self-crosslinking pure acrylic latex. It provides excellent UV- & early water resistance, and very good hot tire pick-up resistance, and adhesion to concrete, tile & wood. Suitable for concrete & tile sealers, deck coatings, and porch & floor coatings.

It also offers excellent exterior weatherability.
It can be formulated below 50 g/l VOC (US EPA, excluding water).
It shows good efflorescence and alkali resistance.
The shelf life of Pliotec™ SC105 is 12 months.
