Pliotec™ SA35 by Synthomer is an anionic, water-based, styrene acrylic latex that provides a tough, abrasion-resistant, flexible film. It exhibits excellent early water & humidity-, blush-, and efflorescence resistance. Suitable for concrete cure-and-seal coatings, tile mastic, and waterproofing sealers.
  • It offers excellent adhesion to concrete and masonry.
  • The shelf life of Pliotec™ SA35 is 12 months.
