Pliotec™ LEB20 by Synthomer is an APEO- & formaldehyde-free, pure acrylic copolymer. Its low exudation binder (LEB) technology provides superior resistance to exudation (surfactant leaching) and efflorescence. It is a water-based resin suitable for exterior masonry paints, topcoats for EIFS & house plinths, and all-weather paints.
  • It offers excellent color retention as well as strong early rain-, superior dirt pickup- and balanced mud-cracking resistance.
  • It provides very good adhesion to porous and non-porous masonry substrates.
  • Pliotec™ LEB20 has a shelf life of 12 months.
