Pliotec® LEB18

Pliotec® LEB18 by Synthomer is a formaldehyde-free, anionic, water-based unique modified styrene acrylic copolymer. It is designed for flat or high build masonry paints, topcoats for EIFS & house plinths, exterior paints, masonry- and vertical coatings. It is based on LEB (Low Exudation Binder) technology that ensures superior resistance to exudation (surfactant leaching) and efflorescence. It offers balanced dirt pick-up resistance, mud cracking/crack bridging ability, excellent exterior weathering and color retention. It exhibits excellent mechanical stability, high pigment binding efficiency and very good adhesion to porous masonry substrates. It provides water- and alkali resistance. Pliotec® LEB18 has a shelf life of 12 months.
