Pliotec® HDT16

Pliotec® HDT16 by Synthomer is an APE- and formaldehyde-free, freeze-thaw stable, hydrophobic, anionic, modified styrene-acrylate copolymer. It offers alkali-, blocking and corrosion resistance. It provides fast hardness development and superior adhesion to a wide variety of substrates (ferrous and non-ferrous metals, ceramic tiles, PVC and more). It imparts excellent mechanical stability and water resistance due to proprietary hydrophobic dispersion technology. It is used in water-based anti-corrosion-, metal-, masonry-, roof coatings, interior-, exterior paints, industrial steel-, metal and architectural primers. It is also suitable for direct-to-metal (DTM) coatings and multi-surface renovation paints. Pliotec® HDT16 has a shelf life of 12 months.
