Picassian® PU-548

Picassian® PU-548 by Stahl is a non-reactive, moderately tough, aromatic, polyether modified polyurethane resin. It is tin-free and toluene diisocyanate (TDI)-free. Exhibits very good adhesion on polyolefin films, good compatibility with alcohol soluble NC, PVB, ketonic & maleic resins and very good resistance to oils, fats & water. It can be solvent blended with ethyl acetate/isopropyl alcohol (IPA). Picassian® PU-548 is mainly used in nitrocellulose-based gravure inks for flexible packaging applications.
