HI-THANE™ A-890K

HI-THANE™ A-890K by Songwon is an aliphatic, solvent-based polyurethane designed for lamination and gravure printing inks. Offers outstanding heat resistance, high re-solubility and low viscosity. Exhibits exceptionally high lamination bonding strength on various plastic films especially PET, nylon and OPP. It allows high speed printing and ensures excellent graphic quality. HI-THANE™ A-890K is suitable for use in pigment grinding to achieve required rheological properties and smaller particle sizes that increase the color strength of prints. It can be used on its own or together with other binders such as vinyl chloride vinyl acetate and polyvinyl butyral copolymers. Suitable for use in both retortable and non-retortable flexible packaging laminates.
