SKYBON EW-312 by SK Chemicals is a water-borne linear polyester resin. It is made by the polycondensation of glycols and dicarboxylic acids, some of which contain sulfonate salt and/ or carboxyl group (COOH) functional groups. It is environment friendly and exhibits good water-resistance, excellent recycling, stable pH/ viscosity as well as good oil-resistance. SKYBON EW-312 is used in paper coatings and over print varnishes. Provides an excellent gloss as compared to any other water-soluble resin.
