Vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer. Exhibits resistance to chemicals. Possesses toughness and plasticity. Contains other polar groups that enhance adhesiveness and solubility. Lacks odor and taste. Forms water resistant, odorless, tasteless, transparent, thermoplastic, heat-sealable coating films which are fire-retardant and self-extinguishing. Favorably disperses pigments and magnetic powder. Highly soluble in ethyl acetate. Highly compatible with urethane and melamine resins. Applications include environmentally friendly rotogravure inks. Complies with FDA.
