Crestakyd® 30-5071 by Scott Bader is a rapid drying, castor oil-based short oil alkyd resin. Exhibits fast hardness development, very good weather resistance, excellent film build and attractive gloss. Designed for NC and acid hardening finishes. Crestakyd® 30-5071 is also used in combination with low reactivity melamine resins for industrial stoving enamels and automotive finishes.
