Polyfam® 5150

Polyfam® 5150 by Resinfam is a non-plasticized aqueous dispersion based on vinyl acetate and acrylic acid ester. Polyfam® 5150 is mainly used for indoor paints, giving those paints a high scrub resistance. Because of its good weather resistance, the dispersion can be also used for exterior paints. It has good pigment binding power and the emulsion film shows a little whitening under the influence of water. It can be stabilized with surfactants and polymer compounds. The shelf life of the grade is 6 months.
