Fumaric-modified ester of gum rosin. It exhibits solubility in aqueous ammonia, amines, alcohol and ketones. Possesses slight solubility in esters and insolubility in aromatic- and aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents. Recommended in alcohol-based flexographic ink formulations. Suitable for water-based flexographic inks.
