PLIOLAK™ AU 520

PLIOLAK™ AU 520 by Synthomer is a medium oil urethane alkyd resin. It offers good anti-corrosive properties and adhesion to ferrous substrates when properly formulated and applied with an appropriate dry film thickness. It is used in combination with a long-oil alkyd resin to improve flexibility.

It is compatible with most long-oil alkyd resins.
It is used in solvent-based metal paints.
It contains 52% oil and 18% phthalic anhydride.
PLIOLAK™ AU 520 has a shelf life of 12 months.
