ROLFLEX® OP 997

ROLFLEX® OP 997 by Lamberti is an anionic, silica-free, inherently matt waterborne polyurethane (PU) dispersion. It exhibits high thermal- & UV light stability, high matting yield and excellent abrasion- & scratch resistance. It is used as a binder for low gloss finishing formulations for textile and synthetic materials such as PVC, TPO & TPU, applicable by direct or transfer coating.
  • It improves the mechanical-, chemical- and weathering resistance of topcoat formulations.
  • It can be also used as an additive (10-30%) in ready-to-use formulations in order to enhance the durability of the low-gloss effect after UV exposure.
  • ROLFLEX® OP 997 is intended as a component of formulates or combinations of other water-based resins due to the high hardness.
  • In order to increase the fastness of the product, it can be combined with polyisocyanate or blocked isocyanate following to a curing phase.
  • The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
