ESACOTE® PU 6419

ESACOTE® PU 6419 by Lamberti is a multipurpose, anionic, waterborne dispersion of an aliphatic polyurethane based on polyether diols. It is used as a binder for clear and pigmented coatings. It forms a tough, transparent & glossy film without the use of co-solvent. It offers good balance of elasticity & hardness, high gloss & clarity, and mechanical-, chemical- & alkali resistance.

• It is recommended for transfer coating in hot and cold stamping foil processes.
• Also used in metal coating formulations for pretreatment on different substrates such as galvalume, galvanized iron, aluminum, Mg-alloys or cold rolled steel.
• ESACOTE® PU 6419 can be combined with water dispersible polyisocyanates, melamine resins, polyaziridines or carbodiimides crosslinkers to enhance the overall properties.
• The shelf life of the product is 12 months.
