KULAC SCN 38X/60 by Kuwait Chemical Manufacturing Company is a short coconut oil alkyd in xylene. It shows good solubility in aromatics, ketones & esters, limited solubility in alcohols and is insoluble in aliphatics. Exhibits excellent exterior durability and yellowing resistance. KULAC SCN 38X/60 is designed for use in the formulation of air or airless spray applied industrial finishes such as white & colored general purpose stoving enamels and clear & pigmented nitrocellulose lacquers for wood and automotive applications. It has a shelf life of one year.
