Kanlic 601 Phenolic Resin

Rosin modified phenolic resin esterified with penta-erithritol. It is compatible with linseed stand oil, DCO, long & medium oil alkyds. It is soluble in turpentine, toluene, xylene, MEK, MIBK and has limited solubility in aliphatic hydrocarbons. Kanlic 601 phenolic resin is available as pale yellow color transparent solid lumps. Used in anti-corrosive primer, spar varnishes, printing ink, furniture finishes, insulating varnishes and quick drying varnishes.
