Photomer® 3005F

Reactive, 100% solids, medium viscosity epoxidized soya oil acrylate oligomer. Used for UV/EB curable systems, as an effective wetter/coupling agent, in UV/EB litho inks and coatings to enhance intercoat adhesion and diminish delamination problems and in screen printing inks, overprint varnishes, clear coatings and lacquers to promote substrate/pigment wetting. Forms flexible films. Gives moderate cure speed, low odor and low skin irritancy. Enhances compatibility with hydrophobic (nonpolar) substrates. Provides high functionality, very good flexibility and balanced hydrophilic/hydrophobic behavior.
