DOMALKYD 5435 60 SA/X by Helios Resins (Helios Group) is a highly reactive alkyd resin modified with synthetic acid. It is supplied as 59-61% (9:1) in solvesso 100/ xylene. It is soluble in aromatic & chlorinated hydrocarbons, esters, ketones and glycol ethers. DOMALKYD 5435 60 SA/X offers high gloss. It is suitable for industrial & automotive stoving enamels, automotive finishes and 2K PUR lacquers for wood. It is insoluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons. It is compatible with short & medium oil alkyd resins, nitrocellulose, melamine resins, urea resins and polyisocyanate resins. It is stable for 12 months if stored in a dry place at temperature below 25°C.
