DOMALKYD 5331 75 BAc by Helios Resins (Helios Group) is an alkyd resin modified with synthetic fatty acids. It is supplied as 74-76% in butylacetate. It is compatible with saturated polyester resins, polyurethane resins, hydroxylated acrylic resins and polyisocyanate resins. DOMALKYD 5331 75 BAc is soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, ketones and glycol ethers. It is suitable for 2K car refinish, ACE machinery coatings, 2K PUR varnishes & enamels, wood coatings and high grade industrial paints. It is partially soluble in alcohol and insoluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons. It is stable for 12 months if stored in a dry place at temperature below 25°C.
