3-Mercaptopropyldimethoxysilyl end-blocked dimethyl silicone fluid. Used in corrosion inhibitor coatings and in UV and EB cure inks and coatings. Offers high affinity for metal surfaces, corrosion inhibiting properties and great high temperature and oxidative stability. Provides a reaction site for addition of unsaturated organic groups by free radical or ionic processes.
