Silcolease® UV Poly 110

Silcolease® UV Poly 110 by Elkem Silicones is a 100% reactive, UV radiation curable acrylate-modified silicone polymer. Exhibits instant & complete cure under either UV light (with added photoinitiator) or Electron Beam (no photoinitiator required), room temperature processing at high product line speeds, long bath life stability, excellent anchorage to substrates and easy and stable release performance. Paper re-moisturization is not required. It can be modified for “easy” and “premium” low release by blending with a release modifier - Silcolease® UV RCA 170. Silcolease® UV Poly 110 is suitable for coating on thermally sensitive substrates.
