BLUESIL™ TCS 7664 Base

BLUESIL™ TCS 7664 Base by Elkem Silicones is a part of a two-component polyaddition heat-cured screen printable silicone elastomer with excellent elongation and physical properties. It is well suited for printing on elastics and high-stretch performance fabrics without cracking. It can be used as an anti-slip when printed in thick cross-sections. It exhibits low cure temperatures to prevent dye migration, fast cure at elevated temperatures and long work time at room temperature. It offers viscosity and thixotropic properties. It shows heat resistance, excellent elasticity for printing on high stretch substrates, high bond strength without primer on textiles from different origins and durable finish-washable. It is an environmentally friendly (PVC-free) grade and uses solventless technology. BLUESIL™ TCS 7664 Base is specially engineered for textiles coating applications. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
