Kristalex™ 3115LV

Kristalex™ 3115LV Hydrocarbon Resin by Synthomer is a water clear, highly color stable, nonpolar, low molecular weight thermoplastic hydrocarbon resin with low organic volatile content. It is compatible with waxes & alkyds, SIS, SBS and SEBS copolymers, neoprene, nitrile, polybutadiene, acrylic polymers, chlorinated rubber, styrenated alkyds, vinylated alkyds, drying oil alkyds and rosin ester resins. It is soluble in many common organic solvents. It exhibits excellent thermal stability and intermediate softening point. It is based on purified 8-9 carbon aromatic monomers. It is recommended for coatings. Kristalex™ 3115LV complies with many FDA regulations for applications involving direct contact with food.
