Zero-VOC vinylether urethane resin. Acts as a crosslinker. Offers excellent hardness (4H) with maximum flexibility & scratch- and chemical- resistance. Exhibits durability & good staining and graffiti resistance. Used in UV-curable (powder) coatings in combination with polyester resin.
