FEISPARTIC F520

FEISPARTIC F520 distributed by DKSH is a polyaspartic polyurea resin. It provides high solid content, low viscosity, high build and fast curing. It can also react with –NCO functional HDI trimmer from which a longer gelling time and excellent yellow resistance can be achieved.

Longer gelling time can also be obtained when mixing with FEISPARTIC F420 to achieve a pure aspartic polyurea coating with high build and fast dry two pack coating system.
It is recommended for protective coatings.
It is compatible with other hydroxyl-functional resin such as acrylic, alkyd resin.
It offers excellent physical properties like high hardness, flexibility, elongation (400%), tear and tensile strength (25MPa).
It shows great weathering and saline water resistance.
It is used for the formulation of high-solids, two-component polyurethane top coat and solvent-free coating materials.
The shelf life of this FEISPARTIC F520 is 12 months and is available only in Europe.
