Ricon® 104

Butadiene styrene random copolymer solution. Ricon® 104 acts as a laminating resin. It exhibits polybutadiene as a starting material and adds functional groups to this backbone. These resins provide excellent electrical and ease of handling characteristics. It appears as a clear liquid. Its benefits include that the polybutadiene backbone renders the final reaction product hydrophobic, liquid nature allows for easy mixing, reacts with diols much like polyurethane systems, non-tacky prepregs, excellent dielectrics and peroxide curable.
