NeoCryl® XK-85 by Covestro is a small particle size, acrylic styrene emulsion. It provides high gloss, adhesion to various metals, corrosion-, water- and humidity resistant. It is suitable for industrial- & architectural coatings and low MVTR barrier coating on paper. NeoCryl® XK-85 is recommended for formulating clear coats for metals, direct to metal, primers and overprint varnishes. In combination with urethane dispersions, It offers optimized mechanical surface properties. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
