Desmodur® HL BA

Aromatic/aliphatic polyisocyanate based on toluylene diisocyanate and hexamethylene diisocyanate. Used in combination with various polyester and other substances containing hydroxyl groups to formulate clear or pigmented, two-pack polyurethane coatings such as wood coatings. Offers rapid initial drying, good lightfastness and early sandability. Possesses good compatibility with a variety of solvents, but has limited compatibility with acrylates containing hydroxyl groups.
