Acronal® LR 8960 by BASF is an anionic elastic, multi-phase straight acrylic binder with a tailor-made morphology and a special wet adhesion promoter. Offers outstanding outdoor durability, superior elasticity and hailstone resistance. Provides good blocking resistance, no yellowing, low or even no coalescent demand and wet adhesion. Acronal® LR 8960 is used in decorative exterior wood coatings universally applicable for pigmented and transparent systems, soft modifier for joinery products to improve elasticity as well as durability.
