ASKOCOAT™ 500

ASKOCOAT™ 500 by ASK Chemicals is a modified isocyanate grade. It is designed for 2K PU controlled release fertilizer coatings achieve controlled release properties. Catalyst 704 can be added to provide fast and efficient process.

• It possesses excellent adjustable release properties, high efficiency, mechanical properties, and heat resistance.
• The release time can be adjusted from 2 to 24 months.
• The typical curing time for one layer is only 2 minutes to be tack free.
• ASKOCOAT™ 500 has shelf life of 6 months.
