SETALUX® 57-1746

SETALUX® 57-1746 by allnex is a HAPs-, VOC free acrylic polyol. Suitable for fast drying basecoats, primers for car refinishes and industrial primers & topcoats.

It is designed for use with aliphatic poly-isocyanates in 2 component coatings systems to produce a hard durable coating.
It provides good outdoor durability and offers very good chemical- and abrasion resistance.
It also possesses excellent gloss, color retention and durability.
On addition of a tin catalyst (0.01–0.05% based on resin solids) will improve the film properties.
It has lower catalyst levels which promote better chemical resistance and extended pot life.
It has higher catalyst concentrations and provide very rapid cure times.
The shelf life of SETALUX® 57-1746 is 3 years at temperature up to 100°F.
