RESYDROL® VAX 5227wn/55LG by allnex is an oil-free, water dilutable, epoxy resin-modified alkyd resin. It is delivered as 55% in solvent mixture (55LG). It is used for the formulation of stoving enamels and paints.
  • It is suitable for other water dilutable alkyd resins and oil-free alkyds used for the formulation of automotive primer surfacers, improving reactivity, pigment wetting and corrosion protection as well as build.
  • For film formation, RESYDROL® VAX 5227wn/55LG can be crosslinked with melamine resins suitable for aqueous systems.
  • It has a shelf life of 365 days.
