EBECRYL® 8812 by allnex is a light color, UV/ electron beam (EB) energy curable aliphatic urethane acrylate resin. Provides good flexibility and durability. It does not contain any intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals, diluting monomers, hydroquinone (HQ) or methyl ether of hydroquinone (MEHQ). Recommended for coatings for rigid & flexible plastics, floor tile coatings, wood topcoats, screen ink & metal decorating vehicles and clear coatings. Cured films based on EBECRYL® 8812 exhibit excellent abrasion resistance, toughness, rapid cure response and resistance to yellowing. Formulated products may be applied via direct or reverse roll, offset gravure, metering rod, slot die, knife over roll, air knife, curtain, immersion and spin coating methods, as well as screen printing.
