EBECRYL® 3748/20

EBECRYL® 3748/20 by allnex is bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate. It is diluted 20% by weight with the reactive diluent glycerol propoxylate triacrylate (OTA 480) for reduced viscosity and easier handling. It possesses light color and fast cure response. Suitable for paper upgrading, overprint varnishes, screen inks, wood sealers, and coatings for paper, paperboard, wood, chipboard and rigid plastics.

• UV/EB cured products based on EBECRYL® 3748/20 exhibit high surface hardness, high gloss and excellent chemical resistance.
• EBECRYL® 3748/20 can be applied via direct or reverse roll, offset gravure, metering rod, slot die, knife over roll, air knife, curtain, immersion and spin coating methods, as well as screen printing.
