DAOTAN® TW 6495/35WA

DAOTAN® TW 6495/35WA by allnex is a waterborne, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion, free of solvents and emulsifiers. Dried at elevated temperature it provides transparent and crack-free films. It is suitable as adhesion primer for plastic substrates (like ABS, PVC, PC, PMMA), adhesive for lamination applications, indirect food contact, highest elongation and TEA-free. It is recommended for plastic primers and base-coats. It can be used as modifier resin in automotive-OEM primer surfacer to improve stone chip resistance properties. Coatings based on DAOTAN® TW 6495/35WA also shows high elasticity, high toughness, excellent mechanical properties and little yellowing at elevated temperature. It can be crosslinked with polyaziridine and carbodiimide to further improve water- and chemical- resistance properties of the coatings.
