Epotec® YDPN 638LV by Aditya Birla Chemicals is a semi-solid phenol novolac based multi-functional epoxy resin. Its higher functionality imparts highly cross-linked three dimensional networks when cured. This high cross link density offers excellent chemical resistance and mechanical properties such as hardness and abrasion resistance. It can be used alone or can also be blended with other conventional epoxy resins to improve their chemical and thermal resistance characteristics. Applications of Epotec® YDPN 638LV include marine & protective coatings, chemical resistant coatings, tank linings and coil coatings.
