ADDAPT® SilStab™ DC3

ADDAPT® SilStab™ DC3 by ADDAPT Chemicals is a solvent-free, potassium silicate solution optimized with a hydrophobic component. It is non-flammable, non-yellowing and UV resistant. It shows excellent penetration in porous substrates and silicifies surfaces with high durability. It provides high water vapor permeability, high water resistance, hardened scratch resistant surfaces and low dirt pick-up. It exhibits affinity with mineral surfaces. It contains no nutrients for algae and fungi. It is designed for use in aqueous systems such as renders (putz), textured masonry coatings and interior paints. ADDAPT® SilStab™ DC3 shows a different stabilization system compared to SilStab™ HL+.
