Chroma-chem® AK 942-1063D31 by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a ferric oxide red-colored inorganic pigment designed for high-performance solvent-based coatings, volumetric dispensing and in-plant tinting systems. It offers good color retention, dispensability, gloss, pot life, weather resistance and hardness. It is based on aldehyde and ketone resins. It provides excellent control on tinting strength volume. It is compatible with polyurethanes, epoxies, acrylics, polyesters, alkyds, cellulosic lacquers and chlorinated rubber. Chroma-chem® AK 942-1063D31 is recommended for stoving enamels, and industrial and maintenance coatings.
