Orgal® OPAC 103

Ammonia- and APEO (alkylphenol ethoxylates)-free organic polymer emulsion. Acts as an opacifier and extender. It is a milky white liquid with a very low surface area. Forms films and hollow air filled particles on drying. Used in paint formulations as partial replacement of titanium dioxide and other extenders. Improves efficiency of titanium dioxide and paint performance without increasing the cost. Allows paint formulators to work at higher pigment volume concentrations with low binder demand. Compatible with PVC (polyvinyl chloride) formulations. Designed for use in water-based paints and other coatings.
