Hostatint™ UV Yellow H3G 100 by Heubach is a pigment preparation (Pigment Yellow 154, CI 11781) designed for 100% UV-curable paints and coatings. It has the backbone of a modified unsaturated acrylate. It exhibits high pigment loading and narrow tolerances of shade and color strength for exact color reproduction.
  • It contains a polymeric acrylate thinner and TMPEOTA (ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate), offering optimal rheological behavior and curing.
  • It shows wide compatibility with polyether-, epoxy-, polyurethane- and polyester-acrylates.
  • Hostatint™ UV Yellow H3G 100 is used in formulations fulfilling strict surface requirements such as lacquers for wooden furniture and parquet flooring.
  • It contains low amount of dispersing agents and no photoinitiator, hence is directly usable in electron beam curing.
  • It has a shelf life of 24 months.
