Hostanol® HW 30 Yellow HR by Heubach is a non-dusting pigment preparation (Pigment Yellow 83, CI 21108) with a low-viscosity polyvinyl butyral as a binder. It offers good light fastness, high tinting strength, excellent transparency and brilliance in shade.

It shows excellent solubility in alcohols & glycol ethers as well as in mixtures of alcohols & esters or in mixtures of alcohols, esters & ketones.
Hostanol® HW 30 Yellow HR is recommended for solvent-based wood stains.
It is also used in stationery applications such as alcohol-based marker inks & dry wipe inks for whiteboard markers, paints for glass painting, and coating of aluminum foils.
