Calcium Phosphate CP by Heubach is a zinc-free corrosion inhibitor. It is a cost-effective, micronized calcium phosphate pigment. It is designed for protective coatings, powder coatings and UV cured systems.

It can be used as an alternative to standard zinc phosphate.
It is suitable for solvent-based coatings based on long-, short- & medium oil alkyds, high solids alkyds & epoxies (with low or no VOC), 2K epoxies, 2K- & high solids polyurethanes (with low or no VOC), and silicone resins.
Calcium Phosphate CP is also used in water-based coatings based on alkyd emulsions, 2K epoxies, 1K- & 2K polyurethanes, silicone resins, acrylic & modified acrylics and butadiens.
