EBECRYL® 109

EBECRYL® 109 by allnex is an acrylate - methacrylate monomer blend, containing 50% of trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) and 50% hydroxyethylmethacrylate (HEMA). It polymerizes when exposed to sources of free radicals. It is particularly useful in coatings where good thermal- and/or chemical resistance is required, and solder- & etch resists. It is characterized by low viscosity and light color. Formulated UV/EB curable products containing EBECRYL® 109 may be applied by lithographic, screen, gravure, direct or reverse roll, and curtain coating methods. The shelf life is 2 years.
