Wynca® XHG-247

Polyether siloxane copolymer. Acts as wetting agent and anti-crater aid. It provides low foam stability and powerful reduction of surface tension in aqueous systems. Wynca® XHG-247 offers rapid wetting, spread and hydrolytic stability in pH range of 4-10. Used for various aqueous formulations based on acrylics, styrene acrylics, acrylic/PU combinations, crosslinkable polyurethanes and baking systems. Recommended to be used in industrial coatings, wood & furniture coatings, architectural coatings, inkjet inks as well as printing inks & varnishes at dosage of 0.1-1.0%. Can also be used in automotive coatings & decorative coatings at dosage level of 0.05-1.0% & 0.2-1.0% respectively. It is suitable to be used in leather pre-primers, primers, and top coats which are based on polyurethane, acrylic nitrocellulose and casein binders at recommended dosage level of 0.2-1.0%.
