Tolonate™ HDB 75 B by Vencorex is an aliphatic polyisocyanate biuret (HDI homo-polymer). Acts as a crosslinking agent. Offers excellent mechanical properties in conjunction with outstanding resistance to solvents, abrasion and chemicals. Soluble in esters, ketones and aromatic hydrocarbons. Typically used in combination with hydroxylated polymers, notably polyesters and polyacrylates, in the preparation of two component systems for weatherable coatings. Compatible with two component polyester or alkyd urethanes. Tolonate™ HDB 75 B is recommended for weatherable protective coatings for industrial maintenance and auto refinish.
