Powdermate® 550DG

Powdermate® 550DG by Troy Corporation (Arxada) is a high performance, non-yellowing degassing/debubbling agent. It is an amide modified phenol surfactant. It is 100% active free flowing powder. It exhibits excellent over-bake resistance and good intercoat adhesion. It can be post-blended for batch corrections. It is effective in a broad range of powder coating resin systems such as epoxy, polyester (TGIC), polyester (HAA), polyester-epoxy (hybrid), polyester-urethane and acrylic. Powdermate® 550DG is used for a wide range of applications such as appliance, architectural, general industrial and powder coatings. Its effective use level range from 0.2-2.0% based on the total formulation weight.
