PANGEL® M150

PANGEL® M150 by Tolsa is a high purity sodium bentonite-based rheological additive. It acts as a thickening and anti-setting agent that is specially developed to modify the rheology of emulsion systems, particularly non-ionic & anionic bitumen emulsion products.

• Due to its particular structure, it disperses easily in water, generating high viscosity suspensions after mixing.
• It increases stability, workability and resistance to sagging.
• It improves pumping projection and reduces sedimentation and segregation during storage.
• PANGEL® M150 is suitable for waterborne formulations and seed coatings.
• The recommended dosage level is 5%, if used as main emulsion stabilizer, and 2-5% in non-ionic & anionic systems.
• It has a shelf life of 2 years.
