Addibond™ 106 by Syensqo acts as a conversion and passivation booster. It improves paint adhesion to metal (aluminium alloys, electro galvanized and hot-dip galvanized steel). It is a water-soluble, synthetic polymer containing two types of functional monomers - one that binds to a metallic surface and another that reacts with the top organic layer, such as paint.

It is suitable for chrome-free, heavy metal-free conversion and passivation treatment.
Addibond™ 106 is recommended for spray, powder & roll painting and lamination applications.
