Abex® 18 S by Syensqo is an anionic surfactant, APE-free emulsifier and combines with other nonionic emulsifiers. It is effective for vinyl-acrylic, acrylic and styrene-acrylic polymers.

Used as a binder for architectural- and protective coating.
It is used as a co-emulsifier for providing stability in different polymer systems.
It improves latex stability and good particle size control.
It is biodegradable, durable and partially biobased with RCI 11.5%.
Abex® 18 S has a shelf life of 365 days.
Complies with FDA 21 CFR 176.170 and 176.180 regulations.
